In EnglishIn ancient Greece there were people that had extraordinary powers. These people were very strong, good and helped the poor and the weak. They were the heroes. Some of them had powers given to them by the gods. Others were semi-gods, born from the interbreeding of gods and humans. Remember, the ancient Greeks believed that gods had some human weaknesses.The most popular heroes were, Hercules, Theseus, Jason, and Perseus. Many times these heroes were given tasks by the gods. Not all of the heroes had support from every god. Many times certain gods tried to sabotage their tasks and other times tried to harm them. The ancient Greeks believed and depended on these heroes. Οι πιο διάσημοι ήρωες ήταν ο Ηρακλής, ο Θησέας, ο Ιάσονας και ο Περσέας. Πολλές φορές οι θεοί ανάθεταν κατορθώματα στους ήρωες. Δεν είχαν όλοι οι ήρωες την υποστήριξη των θεών. Πολλές φορές συγκεκριμένοι θεοί προσπάθησαν να διαλύσουν τα σχέδια των ηρώων και άλλες φορές προσπάθησαν να τους βλάψουν. Οι αρχαίοι Έλληνες πίστεψαν και στηρίχτηκαν σ'αυτούς τους ήρωες.
